The business was established in 2010 by George Smith and Frederick Kinnersley and operates from Ballydugan in Portadown. G&F Associates specialise in the recovery of bankruptcy, liquidation and administration assets, incorporating the valuation and disposal of these throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom.

The range of services provided includes:

• Securing of business/personal assets premises
• Closure of insolvent businesses/companies
• Sale of Plant, Machinery, Cars, Commercial Vehicle’s etc.
• Disposal of assets by public auction or private treaty/tender

• Personal Service of legal documents

Over the past number of years we have worked on significant assignments from the Insolvency Service, acting on behalf of the Official Receiver as Trustee/Liquidator. We have also developed strong links with several private firms with Insolvency Practitioners acting as Trustee/Liquidator.
